We aim to provide products you’ll love — but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


✅ 1. Return Period

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them.

  • In their original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


🚚 2. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping cost or provide a free return label.

  • For other reasons (such as change of mind), returns are not accepted.


🛠 3. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund — and shipping is on us.

🧾 4. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order ships to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
You’ll be refunded once the product is returned in unused condition.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
